What is the processing time?

The processing time takes 1-5 business days. For all wholesale orders, processing time is 5-10 days.

How long is shipping?

Shipping is 1-3 business days. However, it may vary depending on locations. This do not include processing time nor weekends and holidays. 

Do you deliver?

Yes, we offer local delivery anywhere near or in Chicago, IL and Indiana. There is a $5.00 fee for delivery. Please allow at least 24 hours for your order to be processed and delivered. Choose the delivery option at checkout. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for delivery.

Do you offer pickup?

Yes, we offer curbside pickup from our office location. Allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order for pickup after you place your order online. We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup from the contact information provided. 

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer refunds. As long as you make the claim within 3 days of purchase and return all items in excellent condition, a refund will be credited back. Also, there are no refunds issued on any wholesale purchases at any time. All wholesale purchases are final.
