Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to select countries. Rates and delivery times vary by destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Shipping Address:
Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
